In 1973, Shri Dinesh Baliram Sawai founded CES in rural Wardha with one conviction: that every child deserves quality education, regardless of family income, caste, or village.
Today, 7 institutions. 35,000+ students. Many were the first in their family to hold a book. The institutions span from a child's first classroom all the way to professional pharmacy and teacher training degrees.

On 4th March 2026, six students from Oxford Public School, Waigaon — daughters of farmers, first-generation learners — competed at the World PEC International Contest in Thailand and came home with ranks and scholarships.
On the same evening, Dr. Chetana Sawai received an international award for Excellence in Rural Girl Child Education. Two recognitions. One message: girls from rural Maharashtra can, and do, compete with the world.

Before Chetana ITI: Tejas and Abhishek Dakhane were working precarious daily-wage catering jobs. Without a trade certificate, stable government employment was structurally inaccessible.
After ITI training: both brothers cleared the Railway Department recruitment examination. Both are now permanent Railway employees. EV Mechanic trade launching soon — the first in Wardha district.
